Privacy policy

Kyle Head Photography runs this website and takes care with any personal information you send through it.

What I collect

The details you enter in forms on this site: for example your name, email address, the city you’re in and what you’re enquiring about. Booking details you enter in the Acuity scheduler are handled by Acuity Scheduling.

The season waitlist

If you join the waitlist, I use your email to tell you when filming seasons open. That’s all it’s used for. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.

Analytics and advertising

This site may use the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel, Microsoft Clarity and Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how visitors use it and to improve advertising. These tools can collect information such as pages viewed, scrolling, clicks, device and browser type, and approximate location. Clarity can record sessions and heatmaps; what you type into forms is masked and not recorded.

Cookies

Some of these tools use cookies or similar technology. They’re used only for analytics and advertising.

How I use your information

To answer your enquiry, provide the services you ask for, and improve the website. Your information isn’t sold, or shared with third parties for unrelated marketing.

Questions
